On Site Development, or the 'horizontal construction' part of the project that happens within the owned construction site, is critical to a successful project.  Knowing that the engineering has been done correctly, and the subcontractors have correct scope of work contracts, so you don't lose time and money on change orders is important. 

Off Site Development, or that portion of the horizontal construction that happens off of the property that you own or are looking at purchasing, can be the key between a successful project and a failure.  When you don't control the construction or land the improvements are going on or in, you must be sure to protect your interests. For example, if your project requires an easement over adjacent land to pull utilities to your project, do you know how to assure that you maintain control of that?  Be sure to know that you have alternatives that work for you.  Let me help by applying my experience to minimize costly unnecessary delays to your project.
