This process typically takes about 20 hours x $75/hr =$1,500) This price includes Two essential elements;                                                                                                                     1) a New Site Selection Financial Analysis, (aka a "proforma")  2) a "Site Selection Analysis Report" that shows you where the potenti al development risks are in the New Site Selection Analysis. We will provide you with a new Site Selection Analysis, or provide a revised Site Selection Analysis for an existing project.
